The Northgate Story Remembered - The Rehabilitation 07/17/2024

Join Jeanne Morrissey (Regional Manager, Maloney Properties, Inc. - 1989) and Kathy Luce (Senior Project Manager of Construction - 1989) as they recall their involvement in saving the State of Vermont's largest affordable housing complex and its transformation from private corporate ownership to resident owned and controlled management through its rehabilitation in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
