Vermont In Focus: Hands Free While Driving A look into Vermont House Bill H.62, proposing to ban the use of electronic hand held devices while driving. The billl passed in the House in February and is now in front of the Senate Transportation Committee. 

"Vermont In Focus" is a new series, created by Patrick Cody, in partnership with ORCA Media in Montpelier. Its focus is on hot button topics under the dome of the Vermont Statehouse. We talk with legislators and other statehouse insiders on both sides of the issue.
