Vermont in Focus
Producer
Description
Vermont in Focus is a pilot series of short-form videos, with each episode focusing on a bill being taken up by the legislature. The intent is to break these issues down in lay people terms so that the viewer is educated, by getting enough info on the topic to feel “in the loop”. I’m trying to fill the gap bt the :30 sound byte offered by the news and the “gavel-to-gavel” coverage. It’s definitely a work-in-progress and something I want to develop and grow over time; but right now it’s just me, and a lot of it is “run & gun”. I interview legislators from each side of the issue and also will occasionally interview other “insiders” (Administration officials and also journalists).Programs in this Series
