Before returning to Washington to vote on a War Powers Act resolution placing limits on the President’s authority to take military action against Iran, Representative Peter Welch holds a press conference to discuss the resolution as well as related developing events. He is a founding member of the No War with Iran Caucus in the House and cosponsor of legislation to limit the President’s authority to take military action.
