Host Dr. Wetchi is joined by Christopher Ndabarushimana of Culture Youth Club and musician Christian Bella to talk about the concert which will take place on Saturday the 26th. October 7pm to 10 pm with the musician who came from Africa in Tanzania. He is also joined musician and artist Butalakwazebi Jack Bauer. Dr. Wetchi also d iscusses the link between happiness and health.

What is the link between happiness and health? Of course, being in a good mood is already pleasant in itself, and it makes life easier. But it also has a beneficial impact on our health, even if this effect is slow to be recognized! Indeed, happiness and a positive mood allow for better cardiovascular health, better brain health, better digestion, a top immune system, greater tone and finally a longer life expectancy. There are only benefits to being happy! Live a fulfilling life to be happy It is often easier said than done when you are caught up in your daily routine, but it is important to have a fulfilling life. However, a few beneficial habits can help you get closer to it, including get enough sleep, have a balanced diet, play sports, take time for yourself, think about relaxing.
Quel est le lien entre bonheur et santé ? Bien sûr, être de bonne humeur est déjà agréable en soi, et cela facilite la vie. Mais cela a aussi un impact bénéfique sur notre santé, même si cet effet tarde à être reconnu ! Vivre une vie épanouie pour être heureux C’est souvent plus facile à dire qu’à faire quand on est pris dans sa routine quotidienne, mais il est important d’avoir une vie épanouie. Cependant, quelques habitudes bénéfiques peuvent vous aider à vous en rapprocher, notamment : dormir suffisamment avoir une alimentation équilibrée faire du sport prendre du temps pour soi penser à se détendre.
