Following the adoption of the South End Innovation District, the City of Burlington and partners Ride Your Bike LLC (developers of the HULA site) and Champlain College worked together to prepare an overarching development framework for 13 acres between Lakeside Avenue and Sears Lane. Mayor Weinberger and partners provide a press briefing and site visit to discuss the proposed pre-development agreement that will be before the City Council for approval next week. The Mayor is joined by Samantha Dunn, Assistant Director of Community Works for CEDO, City of Burlington; Meagan Tuttle, Planning Director, City of Burlington; Nic Anderson, Assistant Vice President of Planning and Operations, Champlain College; John Caulo, representing Ride Your Bike LLC; and others.
