CCTV 1984 Premiere on Public Access Television 04/30/2009

CCTV Premieres in the Video Cafe on Cox Cable Channel 8 on June 12, 1984. Host Lauren-Glenn Davitian introduces public access television and the kinds of programs you will see "on your tv screens, even monitors in the University Square Mall!" CCTV Rewind: Stump the Chumps 04/07/2009

Stump the Chumps, Channel 17's most popular program, ran between 1991 and 2001. Hosted by Herb Bloomenthal, the program featured local personalities and historians and focused on the local history of Burlington neighborhoods, Winooski, Essex, Essex Junction, Colchester, Williston and South Burlington. With co-host Al Bernadina, Channel 17 looks back at program highlights.

CCTV Rewind: Burlington This Is You! 02/03/2009

Burlington This is YOU! was produced by Nat Ayer for CCTV in the mid-1980's. The one hour weekly program appeared on Cox Cable Channel 8 and then expanded to 2 1/2 hours every Friday night. Ultimately, the program expanded into the 24 hour government access Channel 17/ Town Meeting TV which launched on Adelphia Cable in 1991. Nat Ayer and Jess Wilson take a look back at the variety of programs.
