Stump the Chumps, Channel 17's most popular program, ran between 1991 and 2001. Hosted by Herb Bloomenthal, the program featured local personalities and historians and focused on the local history of Burlington neighborhoods, Winooski, Essex, Essex Junction, Colchester, Williston and South Burlington. With co-host Al Bernadina, Channel 17 looks back at program highlights.
