Description

Chittenden Solid Waste District is a municipality created by the State of Vermont to manage the solid waste generated within Chittenden County. Their primary focus is to use economically and environmentally sound methods to reduce and manage this stream.  Robin Orr, Event Outreach Specialist with CSWD, talks about the new Waste Warrior program, explaining the program and how you can get involved. CSWD is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, volunteer Waste Warriors to help bring our waste reduction mission to life at Chittenden County events.

Town Meeting TV is excited to announce that applications are now open for the Spring 2025 cohort of the Neighborhood Community Media Internship program. Join up to 8 other youth to engage in interesting media making projects! This paid media internship opportunity is designed for youth aged 16-20 who are eager to gain professional experience in the audio-visual field and develop a deeper understanding of their local community.
