Ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Patrick Leahy Building (former Hills Agricultural Sciences Building) followed by a panel discussion to officially launch the Leahy Institute for Rural Partnerships (IRP) at the University of Vermont.
With U.S. Senator (retired) Patrick Leahy, U.S. Senator Peter Welch, Vermont Governor Phil Scott, UVM President Suresh Garimella, UVM Institute for Rural Partnerships Dean Patricia Coates, other university and state leaders.
