Mayor Miro Weinberger and a tripartisan coalition of City Councilors and City Council candidates will announce their support for the new redistricting plan – Ballot Question #5 – on which Burlingtonians will vote this Tuesday on Town Meeting Day. Ballot Question #5 is the culmination of an 18-month, public process that resulted in a sensible compromise plan that meets the U.S. Constitutional requirement of equal representation.
