Don’t miss award-winning producer James Gero as he covers “Vermont’s Hottest Salsa, Merengue Sensation” {the Burlington Free Press} SABOR 2.0. Their sound is a heady mixture of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue & Latin Jazz infused with the infectious beat of traditional Afro-Dominican rhythms. This dynamic band was Vermont’s first Latin Band (Grupo Sabor) “Sabor” means “taste” or “flavor” in Spanish, and the group’s spicy mix of originals and classics not only lives up to its name but has made it a favorite with area audiences. SABOR 2.0 features some of the top regional talents on horns, Latin rhythm section and vocals, serving up scintillating originals and interpretations of some of the most exciting music in the world.
