Description

TJ Donovan will file an opioids-related lawsuit against the Sackler family (executive staff of Purdue Pharma) for their role in creating the opioids epidemic in Vermont. Attorney General Donovan and members of his staff discuss the details of the suit.

This will be the third opioids-related lawsuit filed by the Vermont Attorney General. The Vermont Attorney General’s Office filed suit against Purdue Pharma in September 2018 and filed suit against Cardinal and McKesson, two distributors of opioids, in March 2019.
