From the Office of Becca Balint:

On July 7, as part of the Biden-Harris administration's Investing in America tour, Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland travels to Burlington, Vermont, to join Rep. Becca Balint and Senator Peter Welch as they highlight historic investments that are helping drive collaborative conservation initiatives in Vermont and across the nation.

Investments from President Biden’s Investing in America agenda are enabling the Department of the Interior to play a leading role in the transition to a clean energy economy, advancing key habitat restoration, land resilience and water projects, and securing environmental justice for historically disadvantaged communities.
