From the City of South Burlington:
The South Burlington Library and the Recreation and Parks Department host a panel on the local Hair Equity Project, sponsored by UVM Health Network. The goal of the project is to understand the impact of oppression and inequities felt by Black Americans through hair discrimination. The UVM Medical Center is eager to spread the message about one way they are looking to address this issue.
