Elizabeth Frascoia is the Executive Director of the Governor's Institutes of Vermont, which empowers Vermont high school students with intensive, hands-on learning experiences in topics ranging from engineering to global issues. Elizabeth's unusual background includes studying neuroscience at Harvard, community-building work with several NYC technology startups, and performances as a professional vocalist and trombonist with artists such as Adele, Michael Bolton, and Ice Cube. She believes in young people and cares deeply about their success.
