VICII begins this fall with a series of talks and discussions on Burlington, VT. All events are from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, are free and open to the public and will be held at the Old North End Community Center at 20 Allen Street, Burlington, Vermont, 05401 on the third floor.

Municipalism: The New Democracy will explore the issues which face our city and discuss how to help it fulfill its legacy to be one of the most liveable cities in the Americas. 

This first talk is on Burlington Telecom: The Promise and the Reality.
