The goal of the program is to equip you with the information you need to understand food labels and reduce the amount of sugar you eat, through smart shopping and healthy alternatives. Produced by HANDS (handsvt.org), with the support of AARP Vermont, City Market/ Onion River Coop, and CCTV/ Town Meeting TV.

Join up to 8 other youth to engage in interesting media making projects!
