Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger: City of Burlington Commemoration of 50th Anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s "I Have a Dream" Speech 08/28/2013

The City of Burlington commemorates the 50th Anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Mayor Miro Weinberger is joined by Patrick Brown, Executive Director of the Greater Burlington Multicultural Resource Center, and other community members on the front steps of City Hall for a short program, followed by a special one-minute ringing of the City Hall bells.

The Llewellyn Collection is a rich group of historic and contemporary publications, artifacts, and ephemera related to the state of Vermont, with a special focus on the city of Burlington.
