Description
Made up of the City Council and Winooski Justices of the Peace, the Board of Civil Authority discusses the 2011 Legislative Apportionment Board (LAB) Proposed House Districts. The Board of Civil Authority has until July 31 to send the LAB their own proposal. Ultimately, the Legislature decides how the Legislative Districts in the state are portioned.
