This video, and all of the information and matters discussed in it, are CONFIDENTIAL and may only be disclosed to members of boards of directors, executive directors and key personnel identified by a board of directors and executive director of Vermont Access Management Organizations (AMOs) that are members in good standing of the Vermont Access Network (VAN). VAN is a party to "settlement negotiations" with Vermont cable operators, which are being conducted by the Department of Public Service under Rule 408 of the Vermont Rules of Evidence. That Rule prohibits public disclosure of any matters discussed or positions taken by any of the parties during those negotiations. That includes this video and everything discussed in it. Do not forward this link to any unauthorized person or download this video to any computer to which any unauthorized person may have access.
