VAN is a party to "settlement negotiations" with Vermont cable operators, which are being conducted by the Department of Public Service under Rule 408 of the Vermont Rules of Evidence. That Rule prohibits public disclosure of any matters discussed or positions taken by any of the parties during those negotiations. That includes this video and everything discussed in it.
