South Bristol Learning Network, started by John O'Hara to regenerate Bristol England in the wake of losing their shipping and tobacco industry through technology and internet training. This project transformed into CyberSkills/ Vermont and was the central inspiration for CCTV's Old North End Community/ Technology Center.
