Today's show focusses on a successful Y initiative called “Rise and Shine,” a program that brings early morning movement into Winooski Elementary School and soon to St. Alban’s Elementary School. Y Connection host Jan Riordan talks with Christopher Cochran, of the Greater Burlngton YMCA, and representative from the Beverage Association of VT, David Larose, who is responsible for obtaining a grant to support this important and popular program.
