From the organizer:

Miss Vermont 2024 Meara Seery is a native of Brattleboro, Vermont and a graduate of The George Washington University where she obtained a BFA in Photojournalism. She has worked as a digital producer for a member of Vermont’s US Congressional Delegation and has been accepted to graduate school at Champlain College.

Meara is the recipient of a $7,500 scholarship from the Miss Vermont Scholarship Organization and a $5,000 Ellis Strategies Public Speaking and Presentation Course. Meara’s Community Service Initiative is “Green for Good” – she advocates for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

An extremely resourceful young woman, Meara is proud to have received her undergraduate degree debt-free thanks to the many scholarships she researched and applied for while in high school and throughout her college career.

A talented vocalist, Meara is available to sing the National Anthem or perform at events.
