Description

Vermont Works for Women is an organization that offers training programs for women in various professional fields. In January of 2011 they initiated their "Fresh Food" program for training women in the culinary arts. Kali Alvarez, kitchen operations manager, discusses the program from the kitchen at the O'Brien Community Center in Winooski, Vermont. This video is produced by Dan Higgins.
