Two presentations in tandem: The first by Peter Adamczyk of VEIC, explaining Vermont's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE 2.0) program for financing residential renewable energy uprgades (58 minutes); the second by Ludy Biddle, Director of NeighborWorks of Western Vermont, explaining their "one stop shop" programs for helping people afford and accomplish energy efficiency upgrades to their homes.
