Description
Essex Junction Water Quality Superintendent Jim Jutras explains the need for an upgrade to the Essex Junction wastewater treatment facility. Serving the communities of Essex, Williston and Essex Junction, the facility was built in the 1960's and upgraded in the 1980's. Now a bond vote by the residents of Essex Junction will determine if the facility gets a $15 million upgrade.
