Two great months of milk with dignity campaign action for Hannaford to join the program. In today's show we will tell you about the action where 50 workers traveled on 2 buses from Vermont to Maine to meet dozens of allies ready to shout “Hannaford listen! We are in the fight!” Also, and not least, we will talk about what is happening with the immigration laws with the new memorandum that came into force on November 29 and that brings more protections for the migrant community.

En el programa de hoy te contaremos como fue la acción donde 50 trabajadores viajamos en 2 buses desde Vermont hasta Maine para encontrarnos con decenas de aliadxs listo para gritar “Hannaford escucha! Estamos en la lucha!”. También, y no menos importante, hablaremos de qué está pasando con las leyes de migración con el nuevo memorándum que entró en vigor este 29 de Noviembre y que trae más protecciones para la comunidad migrante.

Summer Video Production Internship - Applications Open
Town Meeting TV is hiring two paid interns to join our production team for the summer! The program will run from Monday, June 24th until Friday, August 16th (8 weeks). $17 an hour, approximately 8 hours per week. We are looking for folks who have basic or intermediate experience with video recording and editing on Adobe Premiere. Interns will work with the Town Meeting TV Co-Directors to pick stories or events that they would like to cover in our community, practice outreach skills, then shoot and edit video that will be broadcasted on Town Meeting TV's YouTube and cable channels.
