Vermont Health Connect PSA II 02/23/2015

Starting this year, everyone who files taxes must indicate whether or not they had health insurance last year. If they didn't, they may have to pay a penalty.
Vermont Legal Aid's Christine Speidel provides information for people who bought health insurance through Vermont Health Connect and got premium tax credits to help pay for it. She explains that they may get a larger refund if they didn't get enough premium tax credits last year. Or, they may have to pay some back if they got too much.
