Monday, 11/30- You're Invited- “Desperate Times Call for Creative Measures: How will Vermonters fund essential services for children and their families during a recession?” 4- 6 p.m. at the International Center on World Learning Campus in Brattleboro. Join area legislators, parents, early childhood service  providers, employers, and other community members for a discussion of the  state’s budget situation, its impact on children and families, and ways to  continue to provide essential public services during this recession.
