Under the Dome: Channel 17 to air Governor's Budget Address on 1/22 at 8pm
On Thursday, January 22 Governor Jim Douglas will be delivering the annual Governor's Budget Address to the Vermont Legislature. Channel 17/ Town Meeting TV (airing on Comcast and Burlington Telecom) will record this program to air that evening, at 8:00 p.m. The address will repeat on Friday, January 23 at 1:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Annually, the Vermont Governor addresses the opening of the Legislature with a general direction of budgeting priorities for the upcoming year. The Governor's address is part of Under the Dome, CCTV and Channel 17's ongoing coverage of the 2009 Session and will also be provided to access television stations statewide through the Vermont Media Exchange network <http://www.vermontaccess.net/welcome-vermont-media-exchange> and available on www.channel17.org
