Vermont Public Transit Policy Plan Public Meeting 11/14/2011 Last completed in 2007, the Public Transit Policy Plan outlines the State’s transit policies and goals and develops strategies to meet current and emerging public transit challenges. Burlington Mayor's Press Conference: Conclusion of the City’s 3-year Enhanced Paving Program 11/18/2011  Burlington Mayor Bob Kiss joins Department of Public Works (DPW) staff for a press conference to discuss the conclusion of the City’s 3-year enhanced paving program.  The press conference includes information from DPW’s evaluation of the Pavement Condition Indicator (PCI) rating before and after the paving program.
