Town of Colchester announces plans to purchase Camp Holy Cross 07/22/2011 Officials from the Town of Colchester announce the signing of a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Burlington.  The Agreement authorizes the Town of Colchester to acquire the entirety of the property known as Camp Holy Cross. The Agreement sets a purchase price of $4.5 million.  The question will be presented to the voters at a special election to be held October 4, 2011.
