Independent Filmmaker and the Recording of the Public Service Board

Robbie Lepzzer, an independent filmmaker out of Massachusetts contacted CCTV Channel 17 for assistance when he received word that he had been refused access to a Public Service Bd hearing and tour at VY as an independent filmmaker.  Being familiar with Mr. Lepzzer's work as a videographer, and having received material from him for airing on Channel 17 in the past we felt confident in giving him a recommendation.  Mr. Lepzzer told us he would provide gavel to gavel coverage of the event for airing on Channel 17/Town Meeting TV.  We sent an email to Entergy VY asking them to allow him to cover the meeting on our behalf and give him access parallel to the access given other media outlets.
