planBTV Walk Bike Action Plan Update
-
October 21, 2024
From the City of Burlington:
Burlington’s Department of Public Works (DPW) is in the process of updating the 2017 planBTV Walk Bike Plan. Our goal is to create an Action Plan that continues to enhance facilities to promote safe and enjoyable walking, biking, and rolling, thereby providing viable alternatives for trips throughout our City. This updated Action Plan will build on the 2017 plan, incorporating data-driven analyses and robust public engagement to develop a clear, prioritized list of specific projects, programs, and policies that DPW will implement in the coming years. By doing so, we aim to position Burlington well to apply for future federal grants or other funding, advancing our vision for a safer and more inviting walkable and bikeable City.
