The Town of Colchester Select Board meets at 7:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at the Colchester Meeting House (formerly the white church) on Main Street in the village. However, sometimes special meetings, locations and times are arranged. Check Select Board Agendas which are posted around town at various locations and always at the Library and the Post Office, as well as in the lobby of the Town Offices and on this website. The Committee is made-up of 3 Council members (Shannon, Paul, Davis) and 4 citizen members (David Provost, David Parker, Patrick Robins, Bill Shuttleworth). The committee is charged with: Assessing the viability of BT and assessing all available options for the financial structure of BT. The committee is expected to make recommendations to the Council at the 1/25/10 meeting.

Welch will make the announcement as he prepares to return to Washington for the start of the 2010 legislative year.
