This press conference was held February 3 to highlight some of the 160 trends identified in the book. It includes Sarah Waring and Paul Costello from the non profit and nonpartisan Vermont Council on Rural Development and Drs. Herb Kessel and Vince Bolduc--the lead authors who led the research team.
