For our activist and nonprofit friends who look forward to CCTV's Media Maven Lunches, we have great news to replace the "regularly scheduled" May Maven lunch. The afternoon costs $50 and will be well worth it--since you will learn alot along with community media makers from across the northeast. Check here for the May 21 afternoon workshop descriptions.
Local community media makers will host a series of workshops on Thursday, May 21st between 2pm - 5.30 pm at Champlain College in Burlington Vermont. The afternoon Flash Festival of Social Networking marks the occasion of the Alliance for Community Media's Northeast Regional Conference. Register to attend the afternoon sessions--or you are invited for the entire free speech event.
