ANR Secretary Deb Markowitz will gather with partners to highlight the provisions of the landmark Universal Recycling Law that will make recycling more accessible to Vermonters and that takes effect on July 1. She will also unveil a new marketing campaign designed to reinvigorate Vermonters’ recycling efforts.
