VTRANS and CCRPC staff present plans in the works for changes to the I-89 Exit 16 in Colchester and to East Allen Street in Winooski. Michael LaCroix, of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, presents on Diverging Diamond Interchange Exit 16 in Colchester. Jason Charest, of the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, presents on East Allen Street Scoping Study.
