Description

As a REMINDER, due to the historic changes provided for under the Affordable Care Act, Vermont is revising and developing the health care benefit rules for state programs and qualified health programs.  Through a series of public forums, the Agency of Human Services invites you, a health benefit exchange stakeholder, to learn more about the revisions and developments of rules pertaining to the exchange.  Different portions of the rules will be presented at each of the following meetings, and AHS hopes to solicit your expert feedback throughout the meeting series. Stakeholder feedback will be used to develop all rules.
