Sister Pat McKittrick, Community Health Improvement Coordinator with the University of Vermont Medical Center, talks with Female Forward host Mathilde Meyer. Sister Pat discusses the complexities of working with victims of human trafficking in Winooski. Her work involves bringing together civic and community organizations to assist people in need including homeless people on the street. This conversation offers insight into why Sister Pat chose her vocation of working with people who face difficult challenges. She also talks about the Peace Initiative in Winooski and activities at the O’Brien Center.
