Description
The topic of "mindfulness" can conjure up a range of emotions, from discomfort to joy. Join the Greater Burlington Women's Forum in exploring mindful ways to develop healthier relationships with our thoughts, food, and our bodies. As we juggle a multitude of responsibilities and roles, self-care can often take a back seat. Our panelists will share their stories and expertise to decrease stress, increase well-being, and find ease in nourishing and moving our bodies. Whether you have trouble finding a moment to be mindful, or have a committed meditation practice, together, we'll create a space to tap into the power of mindfulness -- in whatever way is right for you.
