Description

The Essex Junction Trustees is the governing, legislative body for the Municipality of the Village of Essex Junction. The five member board is elected at large within the Village.  The Trustees usually meet twice per month on Tuesday evenings in the meeting room at the Village municipal office building at Five Corners The public is invited to attend all meetings, and may address the board or ask questions during a special “public to be heard” section at the beginning of each meeting.  Agenda Items for this meeting include: Public Comment on Amtrak Station Design, Discussion of Use of iPads, Discussion of Conference Room Set Up, UVM Capstone Project: Main Street Roadway and Box Culvert Assessment, Williston-Essex Transportation Network Study Discussion.  Watch online using "clickable agendas."

This paid media internship opportunity is designed for youth aged 16-20 who are eager to gain professional experience in the audio-visual field and develop a deeper understanding of their local community. 5 of these spots are specifically for students who are part of the Burlington My Brother's Keeper/My Sister's Keeper programs.
