Description

Pursuant to Sec. 3.2.1(d) of the Burlington Comprehensive Development Ordinance, which requires a Pre-Application Public Neighborhood Meeting prior to submission of a Zoning Permit Application, BTC Mall Associates, the owner/developer of CityPlace Burlington, will hold a public meeting at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Contois Auditorium at City Hall to present and discuss the proposed CityPlace project located at 75 Cherry St., a 763,200 sf mixed-use project.

This project will bring to the downtown core new housing comprising 357 new rental units inclusive of 72 affordable units; new retail space comprising 45,000 sf fronting on each of the adjacent streets; a limited service hotel of 196 rooms and new parking for 550 cars. In addition, the project will reintroduce and reconnect St. Paul and Pine Streets between Bank St. and Cherry St.

The presentation will include a discussion of the targeted permitting timeline for the project, and will be followed by an opportunity for questions and answers.
