Burlington, VT – Today, Mayor Miro Weinberger, members of the Administration, and community partners provide an update to the public on the City’s response to COVID-19. This briefing includes an update on the “Box It In” plan for June 1 and beyond, an announcement about how the City’s Early Learning Initiative will help families who are reeling from the economic impact of COVID-19 afford child care, updates about the “Making Space for Restaurant and Retail Recovery” initiative this weekend, an announcement about July 3 and other waterfront events this summer, and other topics.
