VPIRG and Clean Yield Asset Management co-sponsored a discussion 11/29/11 on the Supreme Court decision that gave corporations the same free speech rights as individuals, opening the floodgates for corporate money in electoral politics. Panelists included Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, founders of Ben & Jerry's; Jennifer Taub, Associate Professor of Law, Vermont Law School; David Cobb, Attorney and National Spokesperson for Move to Amend. Moderated by Cheryl Hanna, Professor at Vermont Law School.
