Congressman Peter Welch: Solar Energy Press Conference 06/10/2022

Rep. Welch holds a press conference to highlight President Biden’s May 6th executive order to promote a strong solar industry and incentivize domestic manufacturing of clean energy technologies. President Biden’s executive order follows a letter Rep. Welch signed last month, urging the President to take steps to help our solar industry struggling with supply challenges. Rep. Welch is joined by representatives from the Vermont solar industry, including Paul Lesure from Green Mountain Solar and Chad Farrell from Encore Renewable Energy.
