December 20, 2010CCTV Center for Media & Democracy announces that Karen Wingate, of Colchester, has been elected president of its board of directors. Wingate, a Contract Specialist for Tetra Tech ARD, in Burlington, joined the board two years ago and recently served as treasurer.
