Chugging Thru South Burlington - The Burlington and Lamoille Railroad Gerry Fox, a former President of the Chittenden County Historical Society, and a great Vermont railway history enthusiast, speaks on a little known spur of the B&L which was meant to cross the eastern side of SB heading for Hinesburg, but was never fully built out.  This is part of a historical perspective on the City as South Burlington Town seperated from the new City of Burlington in 1865, and thus along with Burlington, South Burlington is celebrating it's 150th birthday as a municipality this year. First town meeting in SB was March 7, 1865.  A program of the Chittenden County Historical Society.
Vermont Workers' Center: Vermont Budget and State Employees Host Stauch Blaise speaks with Tim Boyle, VSEA (VT State Employees Association) member and John Howe, VSEA member and organizer of a rally at the VT statehouse on April 11 to oppose planned state budget cuts. Tim and John discuss impending changes to the VT state bdget and how it affects VT state employees.
